April 2023 Program – Lighthouses

On Wednesday April 5, Jeremy D’Entremont presented a very interesting program entitled “New England Lighthouses and the People Who Kept them” to the WSCW members and about twenty visitors. He related the history of New England’s historic and picturesque lighthouses primarily focusing on the colorful and dramatic stories of lighthouse keepers and their families. He played video interviews with a number of former lighthouse keepers or their family members. This program was made possible with the support of New Hampshire Humanities.
