Windham Mom’s Alliance Ice Cream Social
The Woman’s Service Club of Windham would like to thank the Windham Mom’s Alliance for providing a table at their Ice Cream Social to help collect letters and cards to be sent to men and women who are active military.
In celebration of the 250th anniversary of our country, WSCW has been collecting cards and letters to send to the non profit, A Million Thanks, which in return will forward the mail to those deployed from New Hampshire. If you would like to participate there will be drop off boxes through July 11, at Nesmith Library, Recreation Office, and the Town Beach. Please do not use envelopes or fold letters, as this makes it easier to mail in bulk. Carol Stoico, WSCW member and chairman of A Million Thanks project.
