OCTOBER COAT DRIVE

On Saturday, October 5, WSCW held its first Coat Drive of the year. Thanks to the generosity of Windham residents, 822 coats, sweaters and miscellaneous items were collected. They will be  distributed to Shepherd’s Pantry in Windham, New Horizons in Manchester and two organizations in Derry — Sonshine Kitchen and Renew. WSCW thanks Nesmith Library, Windham Cooperative Kindergarten & Nursery School and Shaw’s of Windham for allowing the Club to put collection boxes in their facilities.
