Fee: $60/space.
** Do not send the fee at this time. Fees via credit or debit card will be due 5 days after we notify you that you are accepted. **

Proceeds benefit the Scholarship Fund  and other charitable contributions of the Woman’s Service Club of Windham.

We will provide one chair. (Let us know if you need two.)

I understand all fees are non-refundable. I agree to assume full responsibility for all property I bring on the premises and will remove all unsold property at the conclusion of the fair. I will hold neither Windham High School nor Woman’s Service Club of Windham responsible for any damages, personal injury, theft or any act that may occur at this event. I understand my name and/or photo may be used for promotional/informational purposes. WSCW reserves the right to refuse displays if they do not meet our requirements for the fair.
